From drone flight to PM alert in under 24 hours.
Imagery ingestion, BIM coordinate alignment, per-element progress scoring, deviation surfacing. A closed pipeline with no manual steps between your drone and your dashboard.
Target: < 24 hours from imagery upload to dashboard alert
Drone captures site imagery on your schedule.
Weekly or daily flights depending on your critical path. Bimvyne ingests imagery from the equipment you're already using — no proprietary hardware, no new flight protocols. Processing begins automatically when the upload completes.
- Hardware supportDJI Phantom / Matrice, Skydio 2+, GoPro Karma
- Required overlap≥ 75% forward, ≥ 60% side
- GSD target2–3 cm/pixel at floor level
- Input formatsJPG, DNG, TIFF, MP4 (frame extraction)
- Upload methodDrag-and-drop web portal or DJI Terra direct export
Photogrammetry point cloud meets IFC coordinate space.
Bimvyne reconstructs a 3D point cloud from the imagery set, then performs a rigid-body alignment to your imported BIM model. Element boundaries from the BIM file become the spatial query regions for the visual analysis. Each recognized element gets scored against its planned schedule state.
- BIM formatsRevit (IFC export), Navisworks NWF/NWD, Tekla IFC
- Alignment methodControl point + ICP refinement
- Coordinate systemsUTM, State Plane, site-local origin
- Processing time2–8 hours depending on floor count and image density
Each BIM element gets a completion percentage from visual evidence.
The model checks each element's visual state against its 4D-scheduled completion percentage for the scan date. The delta between detected and planned is the deviation score. Below threshold = alert. The granularity matters: you see which column grid, which floor, which trade — not a project-wide health score.
Threshold for alert: deviation > ±15% from planned completion. Configurable per trade.
Dashboard feed and email digest — the same morning the scan finishes.
Each alert names the specific BIM element reference, detected vs planned completion, and the estimated schedule impact in days. No interpretation required — the numbers tell you where to look and what question to ask the sub.
- Delivery channelsDashboard feed, email digest, Procore/ACC webhook (Project tier)
- Alert thresholdConfigurable per trade (default ±15%)
- Alert contentElement ID · floor · trade · planned % · detected % · days impact
- Recommended actionsSuggested PM response options included per alert type
Reads from your existing BIM and drone workflow.
Bimvyne ingests your IFC or Navisworks files and your existing drone imagery. No proprietary hardware, no BIM migration, no new source of truth to maintain alongside Procore or ACC.
Upload one project's footage. We'll show you the BIM deviations.
30 minutes. Your IFC file, your drone imagery. Real per-element deviation scores against your 4D schedule — or we tell you the fit isn't right.
