A project is considered active if you've uploaded at least one model file in the last 30 days. Archive a project when coordination is complete and it won't count toward your limit.
Studio tier: 500 MB per model file. Firm tier: 2 GB per model file. Enterprise tier: custom limits based on your average model size. Most architectural coordination models for projects under 300,000 sqft will fall within the Firm tier limit.
Yes. Upgrade immediately and only pay the prorated difference. Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Your project data and clash reports are retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all data at any time during that window. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our retention policy.
